Service Level Agreement (SLA)




DeenTek Solutions (DTS)


This Agreement represents a Service Level Agreement ("SLA" or "Agreement") between DeenTek Solutions and  for the setup, use and support of MOHID™ and MOHID Plus™ services.

This Agreement remains valid until superseded by a revised agreement mutually endorsed by the stakeholders.

This Agreement outlines the parameters of all services covered as they are mutually understood by the primary stakeholders. This Agreement does not supersede current processes and procedures unless explicitly stated herein.


The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to enable with MOHID™ and MOHID Plus™ and to provide consistent support and delivery to by DeenTek Solutions.

The goal of this Agreement is to obtain mutual agreement for MOHID™ and MOHID Plus™ service provisioning between DTS and .

Merchant Account Setup

Once you signup for MOHID , you agree to setup a merchant account so that you can process payments. We are using 3rd party payment processor Forte who will setup your merchant account. 

For the merchant account setup, you will need the following documents

1. Complete application 
2. Scan Copy of your organization non-profit (501C)
3. Scan copy of the voided check of bank account under the same organization name
4. Scan Copy of last two months of bank statement
5. Scan Copy of any financial document such as Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet. (If you cannot send the financial document, they need a personal guarantor name in application)

Trial Period and System Setup

Please note that we dont have any set-up charges. However, your trial period (if any) will include the System Setup and Payment Gateway Setup Time. Any delay the payment gateway setup due to incomplete application and document submission, we will not be responsible and we will start charging your monthly subscription as soon as Trial Period expires unless explicitely agreed upon through any form of written communication between you and DeenTek Solutions

Effective support of in-scope services is a result of maintaining consistent service levels. The following sections provide relevant details on service availability, monitoring of in-scope services and related components.

In support of services outlined in this Agreement, DeenTek Solutions will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by within the following time frames:

Remote assistance will be provided in-line with the above timescales dependent on the priority of the support request.


Cancelation Charges

We are confident that in-sha-Allah you will find MOHID™ and MOHID Plus™ services to be extremely beneficial for your organization but in the event you feel the need to cancel services, no cancelation charges will incur however a one month advance notice is required.

Hardware Return 

In the event of cancelation within the Trial Period, any associated hardware provided by DeenTek Solutions will should be returned and DeenTek will refund the amount charged to the customer at the time of signup after applying the restocking fee. The restocking fee will be anywhere from $0 to $200 depending upon the condition of the Hardware. In the event of cancelation after the Trial period, all hardware continue to remain in your possession and will not be refundable unless explicitly stated in this document. 

Data Backup

DeenTek Solutions will provide a complete backup of your data in standard formats (csv, Excel, pdf) for all your MOHID™ modules when service is disconnected or canceled. For the Financial Module the data will be provided in QuickBooks (iif) format. As part of cancelation process, all the data will be deleted from MOHID servers once backup data provided and confirmed by administration signing this contact.


The {Masjid_Name}'s officer signing this agreement or any officer including Board of Directors, in both their corporate and individual capacities, hereby agree to indemnify DeenTek Solutions from any and all claims, lawsuits, complaints, and actions that may be taken against DeenTek Solutions, by any third party, as a result of DeenTek Solutions (i) terminating the Service Level Agreement pursuant to the request of the officer of {Masjid_Name} or its Board of Directors; and (ii) deleting all data as required by this Service Level Agreement.


a. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the final and entire agreement with respect to the subject matter discussed herein. No other agreement, whether oral or in writing, shall supersede this Agreement.

b. Governing Law. This Agreement and all acts and transactions pursuant hereto and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. 

c. Amendment and Waiver. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement, nor any waiver of any rights under this Agreement, shall be effective unless in writing signed by the parties to this Agreement. The failure of either party to enforce any rights under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such party.
